7.8% Spending is too Much
Don't just look at the tax rate. To understand our financial situation you need to look at the spending rate, currently proposed at 7.8%. This far exceeds past years and will be difficult to maintain going forward.
Calm is Needed
Everyday it seems as if Radnor is in the news for some new crisis. Our district is at a cross-road and we need to create a plan to proactively (as much as possible) deal with the serious issues before us.
Strategic Plan should not be Political
Over 100 people in this community contributed to the Strategic Planning initiative. All of us with different view points but all committed to creating a roadmap for our schools. While this document has some issues, it is not all a waist of time and it is time for the School Board to provide their insight so the team can get on with it's work. With all of the time and money spent on this project, it is wrong to make it a political issue.
