Shall an annual income tax of one per centum (1%) on the earned income of individuals residing in the school district be imposed by the Three Rivers Local School District, County of Hamilton, Ohio, for a continuing period of time, beginning January 1, 2008, for the purpose of CURRENT EXPENSES AND FOR THE CONSTRUCTION, OF A PRESCHOOL THROUGH SIXTH GRADE SCHOOL FACILITY, LAND ACQUISITION AND PROVIDING EQUIPMENT, FURNISHINGS AND SITE IMPROVEMENTS?
