Candidate for
Council Member; City of Pico Rivera

I am running for the position of City Councilman because:

1. I strongly believe in an open honest government, responsive to the community it serves.

2. I am a team player and consensus builder. If we all pull together, we can accomplish great things. I hope to bring a "New Beginning", to Pico Rivera to end this strife between city government and the people that has resulted in seeming endless Recall Elections.

3. I will listen to area residents to determine their needs and work to fulfill them. As a senior I will be responsive to the need of our senior citizens

4. As City Councilman I plan to focus on the often neglected North side of Pico Rivera. Bringing development to that area. I urge our Parks to serve our citizens and hope to bring improvements to serve our children and seniors.
