Preparing for the Inevitable in Los Angeles County.

By Mike J Manley

Candidate for Council Member; City of Los Angeles; District 10

This information is provided by the candidate
My position is to serve and make the public aware of the foreseeable problems that must be resolved now. Problems such as Gang Violence, L.A. Traffic Congestion and Care for the Elderly. In addition, all things being equal the insurmountable problem of Global Warming and the temperture and climate changing so rapidly must be addressed. As a social scientist it will be up too me to convince scientist to figure out ways to "Tackle the Inevitable Problems of the Future"
In ten years the world will change at a rapid pace. The wheather will be unpredictable and the magnetic rays from the sun will increase cancer and other deadly diseases. The time has come to discuss and draw up a action plan that will save millions of lives and protect our children.

As a psychologist with a background in biology I can observe the changes in the way the animals behave and the plants and vegetables are dying before our very eyes. There is too much pollutants in the environment and the automobile is causing toxic materials to enter our atmosphere. Our youth are being influenced by technological intensities that seduce them to being abnormal beings. Problems can be resolved with plans and proposals that I am ready and willing to impliment to the community and to the nation. Once I am elected the 10th district will serve as a model for the world with the steps that were taken to preserve the planet.
