I chose to live and work in San Fernando-Long Time Resident with Tri-Cultural background: American Indian, Latino, and Eastern European
Served in Vietnam as Corpsman and I continue to provide leadership in local veteran's organizations
I have Doctorates in Clinical Psychology, Human & Organization Systems, and Law; and Masters in Nursing and Business Administration-Finance
Experienced in National, State, and County level Finance, Planning and Grants; where I have provided unique approaches to community-based issues and concerns
I continue to volunteer and provide leadership in local community based and non-profit organizations, such as the local American Red Cross, MEND, and Good Works Ministries.
I also volunteers with County, State, and Federal agencies to represent the community

I seek positive change by promoting:
Economic Growth: Being able to "Shop San Fernando" New Jobs and Businesses in City Pro Business and Pro Labor- a Moderate Balance Reduction in Crime, Graffiti, and Provide Alternative Choices to Gangs Provisions for City Council Members to act effectively within three terms
Partnerships with Not-for-Profits and Community Based Organizations to:
Increase Utilization of Grants in City
Senior Citizens, Youth, and Adult Activities and Services
Use of a Local Volunteer Corps
Increase local participation in performing, musical, and fine arts Seek more influence by local residents, parents and the City in local school system
Advocate less expensive access to local basic health care services for everyone
