A New Generation Of Paramount

We need to invest in a new generation of leaders to assure that we will have another generation of success in Paramount.

We must encourage young leaders and invest in them so that they will bring us through the next generation.

By giving them the opportunity to lead, and by convincing them that "all things are possible", my generation of leadership can dramatically change my community, much the same way that my Father's Generation changed Paramount in the past.

My part is making sure that once the young leaders succeed, Paramount will be a place where they will want to return after college, where they will have an opportunity to lead, and the desire to stay to invest their time and money.
