1. Identify and discuss what your approach will be to the most important issue(s) facing your office.

Answer from Joseph Angilletta:

Keeping property taxes down, opposing Rye Town revaluation, support secession from Rye Town and eliminating overcrowding are my primary goals for my 3rd term.

Answer from Walter Rogers:

1. Address the lawsuits against the Village. 2. Preserve original architecture of commercial properties on the waterfront. 3. Listen to residents. 4. Move more quickly to address Rye Neck revaluation issue.

Answer from John M. Hofstetter:

Our Democratic team will provide the leadership and forum that is essential to preserving the character of the Village of Mamaroneck, while creating an environment of professional and fiscal responsibility.

Answer from Gerard O'Donnell:

The Village needs to continue to focus on quality of life issues. We need to monitor current and future land development. One Village, one government - not 3.

Answer from Antoinette Pergola Ryan:

As a Village native, I want to protect its character, enhance our way of life by planning the future, and insure that all residents are heard and treated with respect.

Answer from Anthony Fava, Jr.:

All quality of life issues will be important as well as minimizing spending, secession from Rye Town, opposing revaluation, & preserving the character of our Village

Answer from Thomas A. Murphy:

I want to continue the work I have started of opening up Village government to benefit all of the people in the community. All citizens should be treated with respect.
