My three decades as a nurse have provided me with a unique perspective on health care issues, including:
  • Barriers to Access
  • Barriers to affordability
  • Medicaid Fraud
The health care system--both private and public-- is too fragmented. I see too many instances of patient confusion over services covered under different insurance plans and their reimbursement rates.
