1. What are the three major issues you would address immediately if elected?

1) My three priorities would be to work for a fairer school funding formula as required by the C.F.E. lawsuit; to achieve employer-sponsored care for most employees; and to fight crime.

2. What is your opinion regarding the formation of an independent redistricting commission?

2) I favor it

3. What makes you the best candidate for this office?

3) I will be a passionate/ highly qualified advocate. An attorney with 20 + years experience with the N.Y. State Legislature, I will bring experience and a new vision of leadership to this position.
