  • Joe Giglio is a lifelong resident of Western New York who earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from SUNY Buffalo.
  • He worked for both the Erie and the Cattaraugus County sheriffs' departments and served as special assistant to then NYS Attorney General Dennis Vacco
  • Most recently, he was State Deputy Inspector General
  • Investigated criminal activity, fraud, and abuse by individuals and firms dealing with State agencies
  • He owned a small business for nine years.

  • Occupation: Registered Nurse
  • Linda Witte was born in Limestone NY and resides in Olean.
  • Since 2003 she has been a member of the Cattaraugus County Legislature
  • Serves on the Senior Services, Human Services, and Nursing Home Quality Assurance committees and is Vice-Chair of the Strategic Planning Committee.
  • Previously she was an alderwoman on the City of Olean Common Council, where she chaired the Public Works Committee
  • Ms. Witte is active in the NYS Nurses Association, where she represents the Olean General Hospital obstetrics floor
  • A member of the local Historical Society and the NYS Farm Bureau, she also volunteers for Meals on Wheels.
