Impartial Analysis from City Attorney
MEASURE T
CITY OF RIVERBANK

If adopted by city voters, this measure would without raising locally- imposed taxes or using funds from the City's General Fund, publicly assist private and non-profit developers and/or public agencies to make available rental housing affordable to very low, low and moderate income households and individuals, including but not limited to senior citizens and disabled persons. The measure would set a limit of fifty (50) units per year, which could be carried over from year to year.

Respectfully submitted,
THOMAS P. HALLINAN,
City Attorney - City of Riverbank
