I am running for State Assembly to build a stronger and more vibrant community based on personal responsibility, limited but effective government, fairness, and integrity.

Born in Rhode Island, my parents instilled in my brothers and me the honor of strong work ethics, respect for one's neighbors, and contribution to society. Since coming to California, I have taken these values to devote my practice as an attorney in fighting abuses in the workers' compensation system and advocating necessary reforms. As Legislative Affairs Chair for a nonprofit organization I have argued against legislation, which creates government dependency at the cost of individual growth and opportunity.

I believe we can rejuvenate the Republican Party in our district and change the perception that the Party is only for the wealthy and not progressive on social equality. To the contrary, we will carry a message that the Party is for opportunity for all and where the Party must evolve, we will be at the forefront of that movement.

As your representative, I will work to meet the challenges we face, including:

  • Ensuring safer neighborhoods
  • Taking a stand on the security of our borders as a matter of enforcement of the law, not discrimination
  • Helping our children succeed by reducing the size of the larger school districts and bringing parents and teachers into the process
  • Ending the status quo on the health care crisis, not through the creation of a bureaucratic system but by targeting those who are truly uninsured.

I respectfully ask for your vote, and that you join me in building an even greater District, State and Nation.
