This information is provided by the candidate

I believe in volunteerism and in good civics. I believe that the dream that was John and Bobby Kennedy's is not dead but waiting a new rebirth. I believe in the teachings of the Sermon on the Mount and the examples of Mahatma Gandhi, Matin Luther King and Caesar Chavez.

I also strongly believe in the work of Petra Kelley, the founder of Green parties around the world. This means I follow the Ten Key Values of the Green Party. I am not a Liberal nor a Conservative. I am a Progresive in all matters political and believe in democratization of all institutions which have power over our lives. I work to build consensus and to have every party at the table to do it.

The challenge is mighty and the hour is late yet we must be willing to accept small changes. The direction of our change must lead to empowerment of the individual and awareness of community and global responsiblities.

Getting out the vote is always my number one priority. Targeting well is essential. I am willing to win but do not mind losing if the winner steals my ideas.

I strongly believe in increasing democracy if we are to come together to save the planet and our neighborhoods.

I believe that corporations have too many rights of personhood and too little repsonsibilities of community. This must change. I do not believe that money should equal free speech.

I am asking each citizen to change from within to free themselves form the slavery of gross consumerism. In our society we must install "true cost pricing" that considers the cost on the environment and the social fabric. We must take an ecological view that realizes that all is interconnected. We canot do one thing in one place without knowing there will be consequences in another place.

If we are to rescue our communities and our planet we must create locally controlled sustainable communities. Grow locally. Shop locally owned. The Green Party now carries the banner once proudly held by the Republicans, "Main Street before Wall Street".

I believe in ten year and twenty year plans and that pay as you go with taxes or fees is much cheaper than pay later with bonded endebtedness upon or children and grandchildren.

Vote Green, Vote any independent party but do not vote for either of the two dinosaur parties owned by the corporations. BUT DO ALWAYS VOTE. Even if you turn in a blank ballot it atleast lowers the percentage of victory for the "winner" and keeps his/her ego in check be, so vote.
