Smart Voter Political Philosophy for E. Kent Hinesley

Candidate for
United States Representative; District 2

This information is provided by the candidate

Form the beginning of recorded history and probably for as long as humans exist there will always be those who will try to improve their condition with disregard for the well being of others. There will always be those who have a distrust, fear, and even hatred of those who are unlike themselves.

I find this quote from Edmund Burke to be true.

" In order for evil to triumph all it takes is for good people to do nothing"

Selfish and intolerant people will always be a part of humanity. The founders of this country understood this when they wrote the constitution. In it there are tools to prevent evil from triumphing. And the phrase "Use it or loose it" applies.
