Candidate for
Board Member; Grossmont Union High School District

My name is Andrew Sundstrom and I grew up in East County and my family has been here since 1940. I am a resident for thirty nine years and I am product of East County education.

My wife Kelly and I have a two year old son named Zachary. I also have a sixteen year old son Justin.

Kelly and I live in Santee, California and have worked for Lemon Grove School District for twelve years as a custodian at Monterey Heights Elementary School.

I have served as President, Vice President, Chief Steward, Negotiations Chair and Public Relations in my chapter. I have also served as Public Relations Officer for the Region and RPAC for a short time I am also the regional rep for region 15. I have also trained in the Labor Relations Representative Intern program. I have served on the School Site Council for five years. I am honorary member of the El Cajon Breakfast Rotary Club. I have organized several charitable events such as toy drives and blood drives.
