Making Carpinteria Even Better
I have been proud to represent Carpinteria as a Councilmember these past four years.

As a professional accountant, I have reviewed 18 years of City budgets and I have served as your watch-dog on financial matters to insure that funds are spent wisely.

Solving the Housing Crisis
We can and must take action now to provide more workforce housing for the people who are already here in Carpinteria.
Cleaning our Creeks and Beaches
Our community overwhelmingly supports cleaning and preserving our environment. Our leaders must grasp the socio-biologic issues and provide market-based solutions that will create an economically viable, long-term approach to our never-ending quest to maintain and improve our quality of life.
