I am concern about the costs of water and I am homeowner facing this issue just like you. I have plenty of time as retiree to focus on these important issues.

I decided over 18 months ago to attend classes on Water Distribution to gain an understanding of the State,county, and various public utilities network,policies, and responsibilities

I attended various meetings to understand what policies and objects are in the process and how it can affect each of us. The San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency will be establishing a bigger role in suppling water to the various public utilities. You need someone who can devote all their attention to solving the issues. I want to best serve you by knowing what is required of me before I decided to be candidate for this position.
