I will work to improve the exceptional lifestyle and high standards we enjoy, which enhance our daily life by providing residents opportunities to interact through regular social and cultural events, and access to information on Channel 17 and the Internet. With 13 years of Valley-wide community service and business experience, I have great insight into City and community issues.

✔ Balance Growth and Development While Retaining Residential Qualities: ensure stability of hotel bed tax, our primary revenue source; diversify revenues through low impact commercial projects

✔ City Services: create tree trimming program, establish Citywide Wireless Internet access, reduce cable charges, improve electric service, establish Library repository

✔ Crime, Traffic and Residential Quality Standards: crime prevention and emergency response information in City media, traffic calming measures, support organizations who serve community needs, evaluate boundaries with School District, social and recreational activities through men's/ladies' club at Golf Resort, tennis tournaments, cultural events and celebrations where neighbors meet

✔ Information: expand City media to publicize events, activities and news; enhance computer access to City records; televise meetings; conduct resident surveys
