I have served as a professor of information technology at the University of Southern California graduate school of business and the California State University at Dominguez Hills (more than 16 years of professorial service).

As a professor, I revamped and modernized business information technology curriculums at both the undergraduate and graduate levels of university instruction.

I also chaired and/or served on several nationwide panels to explore and discuss the state of the art in information technology.

My more than twenty years of business experience includes:
1. Senior information technology management positions at Fortune 500 Corporations and
2. Senior consulting assignments with large institutions (e.g., IBM and the Southern California Edison Corporation) in both the public and private sectors.

I served four years at sea as a U.S Naval line officer and two years in the U.S. Naval reserve.

I am currently President and owner of TAMIS Systems, a software technology firm that develops maintenance and other computer application systems for hospitals, colleges, universities and businesses in California.
