Director; Western Municipal Water District; Division 1

Evaluate all programs and activities of the District on their individual merit, without consideration of who may have interests affected adversly or beneficially. Any public office is a public trust, requiring that it be conducted fairly and with solely the best interests of the public in mind. Work with the excellent members of the board who will remain in office, and with those newly elected, to maintain the strengths of Western MWD, to maintain currency and be in the forefront of solving problems relating to water supply and water quality so as to meet future water needs of the District. It is an honor to hold public office, and I believe it must be so considered by anyone lucky enough to hold such an office.
