- Insure all Riverside property owners receive full value for the $6.9 million property taxes collected annually by WMWD
- Maximize use of reclaimed and other non potable water supplies to reduced demand on potable water supplies
- Collaborate on development of strategic plan emphasizing long term supplies, emergency supply, and highest quality water
