Cultural Opportunities

Children's Museum, new theater and more
Through strong early leadership, The City of Temecula has been very fortunate to have the resouces to provide the highest levels of public services. Crime is low, police, fire and paramedic response times are among the fastest in California and our city is clean and beautiful.

The next step for Temecula is to provide the kinds of cultural and recreational opportunities that make a good city a great place to live and raise children. Recently we opened an innovative Children's Museum and a wonderful state of the art Community Theater. Both are in Old Town where a true renaissance is taking place.

In addition we have grown from 1 park at incorporation of the city in 1989 to 36 today. In early December of this year we will cut the ribbon on the crown jewel of our parks system, the Patricia H . Birdsall Sports Park. Also in December the beautiful new Temecula Library will open its doors.

Temecula is a terrific city and continued strong leadership is needed to make it even better.
