PROFILE: A results-oriented aggressive professional with extensive experience as a C.O.O., Senior Vice President of Marketing, Director of Public Relations / Marketing, International Sales Manager, Sales and Marketing Representative. Knowledgeable in promoting and selling products. Possesses excellent communication skills with the ability to interface well with all levels of management, co-workers and clientele. Very resourceful and adaptable. Possesses excellent supervisory and management skills, coordinating the efforts of many different individuals in order to realize company goals. Commands strong self-motivation and discipline motivating both co-workers and subordinates to perform at maximum levels. Author, speaker, a leader and skilled in assessing requirements, determining priorities, analyzing a course of action and making adjustments for peak efficiency.

BUSINESS ACHIEVEMENTS:

  • Increased sales from $50,000 to over $400,000 per month by establishing contact with potential clients via e-mail, then assembling and training a team which generated virgin sales in addition to garnering sales from our largest competitor who eventually had to purchase our business to eliminate our groundswell of activity.
  • Created a "negative sales" approach presenting it in a "now-or-never" format which created an extremely high closure rate and established a provable success standard for the newly hired sales team.
  • Conducted seminars for prospects and clients that propelled him from a "novice broker" to top producer (out of 40 salespersons) of municipal bonds at Stern Brenner Company in Beverly Hills.
  • Took a company with an excellent product but no inventory, money or sales and propelled it with a real product line and a working sales program that produced consistent profitable sales within a ten month period.
  • Volunteered to speak at high profile organizations, Rotary Clubs, Chambers of Commerce, charity events, etc., developing a list of wealthy prospects and becoming leading stockbroker with national brokerage firms.
  • Traveled extensively throughout Russia to research areas of international business development in the sports arena, Incorporated a California Corporation named World Basketball Association, met with private and political dignitaries and marketed my own NBA team in Russia and Belarus.
  • Moved a "pink sheet" stock which had been selling for 25 cents per share to a NASD stock trading at over $30.00 per share. The NASDAQ stock is now generating $300 million in annual revenues with over $50 million in profits. Gave presentations to Wall Street Analysts and 100's of Investors and brokers in the process.
  • Established myself as a professional public speaker by creating excellent promotional brochures, developing relationships with high-recognition names in the speaking circuit, resulting in rally speaking engagements with Zig Ziglar, Cavitt Roberts, Norman Vincent Peale and others. Named "Speaker of the Year" by WCSP in 1984.

CURRENT BUSINESS EXPERIENCES: Created a Christmas site http://www.TalktoSanta.org in August, 2004 which is now the leading web site for booking LIVE phone calls with Santa Claus. Yes, it's already profitable.

EXIT Real Estate OC/ Created an Investment Real Estate Division. For the past two years Chuck has helped train Real Estate Agents about buying and selling property that will grow in value and produce positive income as well as tax benefits. Added an Investment Real Estate Page to the www.scm-inc.net website and started a radio show called "The Incredible Investment Show" on KBRT (740AM) that is heard throughout Southern California on Saturday mornings from 8 to 9 A.M. The show is being expanded to the Denver, St. Louis and Texas markets in late 2006. Supporting his radio shows and seminars, my next book entitled "The Incredible Investment Book" will be out in late 2006 and initial orders are over 10,000.

OnePub.com / OnePoint.com, Founder / Consultant, Created initial business plan and structure prior to the company's initial public offering (IPO). Recruited key management and technical teams. Developed a company vision and Business Plan to bring concept into reality. Additionally, served as an initial investor for http://www.starbridgesystems.com in 1998.

World Basketball Association, President / Founder, Moscow, Russia & Belarus, owned by SCM. 1997+ Present Founded this well known association in Moscow and Belarus. Developed and implemented strategic marketing, sponsoring and promotion procedures for the men and women's CSKA basketball teams. Worked in conjunction with the NBA'S Rules Management Body and the International Regulatory Body (FIBA) in Germany. Interacted closely with the Belarus Olympic Committee and created a national team. Instrumentally involved in preparing CSKA for becoming the leading finalists at the FIBA/McDonald's European Championships. Provided all capital, management and business leadership duties. Traveled extensively worldwide and developed influential contracts. The only American to ever own a Russian Basketball team.

S. C. Marketing, Inc., President, Irvine, CA www.scm-inc.net 1996+ Present Handled all aspects of start-up and successfully running this business. Created a service for small capital companies offering stockholder/stock brokerage consulting services. Supervised twelve marketing account representatives. Assisted clients with various needs such as advice on raising revenue while representing various companies. Actively involved in assisting the growth of small public companies to NASDAQ status. Handled investment projects both in the United States and abroad. Took the company to profits of over $5,000,000.
