Jim Palmer's Ballott Statement

I have spent my life working in the community serving those less fortunate. Since 1992, I have been the Executive Director of the Orange County Rescue Mission and have been providing a hand up, not a hand out. I am also Chairman of the Orange County Housing Commission and Chairman of the Orange County Sheriff's Professional Services Reserves Program.

I want to take my experience in all these fields and work for you, the taxpayer, on making Tustin a better place to live, work and play. I believe in Tustin's future. I have been involved in over 200 city activities and events in the past 15 years. I am a member of both the Tustin Chamber of Commerce and the Tustin Area Historical Society.

Tustin has some challenges ahead of it. Continuing traffic concerns and the future of the former military base need to be addressed. I look forward to working on these important issues for all of us in Tustin. If you would like to learn more about me and my campaign, please visit me at http://www.JimPalmer.org. Thank you for reading this statement and I humbly ask for your support and your vote for Tustin City Council.

Thank You,
