  • I have served two terms as Mayor & three as Mayor Pro Tem
  • My BA Degree in Journalism is from Idaho State University
  • I worked at Knott's Berry Farm in PR for 18 years; prior to that I worked for the "S.F. Examiner" and Associated Press
  • I am a small business owner and BP homeowner
  • I have twin sons and three grandchildren
  • I am active in the OC and CA State League of Cities
Top Priorities if Elected
  • Ensuring that residents have a safe, desirable city in which to live, work and play, while maintaining Buena Park's financial stability.
  • Making sure that residents, business people and visitors can easily access Buena Park during the I-5 construction.
  • Evaluating and finalizing plans for our Entertainment Corridor (E Zone) including making it more vibrant and pedestrian friendly.
