If I'm re-elected I want to contiue to strive to ensure that learning and achievement is the primary focus for all students in our community, espeically our English Learners. Along with providing the extra support for our children with special needs and targeting the problem areas whereby help and support can be provided to alleviate major areas of concerns.

Continue to identify the present strengths and future needs of the district. Forming an appropriate vision - setting process for developing or reviewing the district's vision as a strong team player, along with displaying the attibutes of an effective leader in the community. Promoting and ensuring quality teachers and supporting their needs to achieve higher learning. Setting standards of excellence to be a model for all other districts to see and take pattern.

Lastly, I believe a District should convey accountability and integrity in today's society to be strong, in what they do. This plays a crucial role on how we portray ourselves and how our community portrays us as a district in regards to education.
