Candidate for
Council Member; City of Costa Mesa

I am running for Council to restore Costa Mesa to the community where we all choose to live, work, shop, and play.

Costa Mesa has been my home for 35 years. My children attended Adams, TeWinkle and Estancia. My wife Marietta and I own a home, pay taxes, and actively participate in the life of this city.

I am committed to making Costa Mesa safer.

My goals for the citizens and taxpayers are:

Continue to keep Costa Mesa safe by supporting our Police and Fire departments and seek their advice on public safety issues.

Continue to improve infrastructure, expand open space and playing fields and solve street, traffic, and parking concerns.

Continue to work with our school district to help our kids become productive community members.

My experience as an aerospace engineer, homeowners association president, board member of the Senior Center, Boys and Girl's Club, the Newport-Mesa Schools Foundation and the Costa Mesa Community Athletic Foundation, Chamber of Commerce and Fish Fry Lions Club member, reading volunteer, and six year Planning Commissioner uniquely qualify me for this position.
