Proven Leadership. I am a Planning Commissioner. I am active on the North Beach Steering Committee and the Coastal Advisory Committee. This kind of experience is essential to be an effective Council Member.

A Private-Sector Approach to the City Budget. 25 years in business has trained me to insist on rigorous money management. The City Budget is top priority for me. Smart Growth. Our legacy to future generations depends on good solutions to traffic, cleaner water and beaches, and recreation for our families.

Active Listening. As a Council member, I will listen to you and represent you. I truly believe that an informed community is a strong community.
