Candidate for
Board Member; Los Alamitos Unified School District

My family and I have lived in the Los Alamitos School District for 10 years. Our two children attend local public schools in the district, and we are enthusiastically involved in school and community activities. I am running for a Los Alamitos School Board seat to ensure our schools deliver a quality eduation.

With your help, I will organize new forums with parents, teachers, staff, and community leaders to ensure that School Board descisions are inclusive. I will encourage greater dialogue at board meetings to make certain every stakeholder is being heard.

I will return the LAUSD Board's focus back to providing our children with the best instructors at state-of-the-art facilities. I will help lead the search to replace our retiring superintendent by ensuring our new candidate has outstanding communication, leadership, and financial management skills.
