Strategic Plan Goals for Seaside over the next three years.A Viable Auto Center.(Plans for proposed upgrade are being developed. A regional shopping center (Main Gate +2d Ave. on the former Fort Ord). A variety of retail stores and quality restaurants that meet all the needs of the community A full range of municipal services. A quality hotel at the golf courses. (Planned for sometime in early (May??) 2007). A robust downtown, anchored by Fremont-Broadway. New hotel(s) at Del Monte/Canyon Del Rey (One only is presently in negotiations and is dealing with Coastal Commission issues). |
