Junk and abandoned vehicles . Non - enforcement of laws (lawlessness ) and letting the people decideI have been fighting constantly to get junk and abandoned vehicles off our Streets since i moved here in 2002 . It has been a long hard struggle . At my expense i have even had to get Attorneys involved to get some areas cleaned - up of junkers . I have put a substantial dent here in getting a lot of them off our Streets but , still some sit for months on our Streets and nothing is ever done about it despite my complaints .I have spent thousands in Attorney fees just to do what is right for this City . I've got the proof to show you . Many laws are never enforced in , Eureka . Unregistered cars are all over this City . They are never cited . This just adds to all the lawlessness that is already in , Eureka . There needs to be more enforcement of laws by all departments. The people of this City ( and County ) should have more of a say - so on what is done with their money . The people and not some City official , politician or any one person should dictate to us , the people whose money this is what they are going to do with our money . This should be our choice....... ......the choice made by all peoples of this City and County . |
