Antioch, CA Managing Partner, Founder ƒÞ Manage group¡¦s design and development of multiple airport concession spaces. ƒÞ Develop and manage group¡¦s community outreach to local and DBE businesses. ƒÞ Handle all governmental & union negotiations/contract development. ƒÞ Oversee all lease development with sub-tenants. ƒÞ Project manager for all schedule development/construction. ƒÞ Develop & manage all operating/construction budgets.

2002-2005 San Francisco International Airport Commission San Francisco, CA Associate Deputy Airport Director, Revenue Development & Management ƒÞ Manage Airport¡¦s Property Management Department ƒÞ Oversee Property Management Team of 14. ƒÞ Planned/Developed Airports $40,000,000 Food & Beverage Redevelopment Program for Domestic Terminals. This resulted in Sales of over $65m 1st year & doubling of revenues to Airport. ƒÞ Developed & Implemented Domestic Terminal F&B Interim/Phase development Schedule which resulted in increased sales and service while construction was under way and was completed on time. ƒÞ Responsible for development of new revenue opportunities at Airport, in last 12 months have increased revenues by over $5,000,000. ƒÞ Responsible for direct communications with governmental bodies on projects, to include the Airport Commission, Mayor, Board of Supervisors and Unions. ƒÞ Restructured public process for Request for Bid (RFB) to Request for Proposal (RFP), which has increased participation by over 50%. ƒÞ Have increased Local & DBE participation at Airport to over 80/60%, highest in the country in large airports. ƒÞ Established Airport¡¦s Corporate Sponsorship Program, with 1st year revenues of over $500,000. ƒÞ Developed Airport¡¦s Worker Retention Program in conjunction with local unions. ƒÞ Responsible for maintaining Labor Harmony with tenant construction & San Mateo Building Trades. ƒÞ Developed Airport¡¦s 10 year Retail Merchandise Development Plan ƒÞ Responsible for renegotiations of telecommunications contracts & cellular contracts, resulting in zero loss of revenues, but rather a 400% increase on cellular. ƒÞ Responsible for expansion of SFO Advertising Program & revenues to $5.7m per year.
