Second best isnˇ¦t good enough for our children.

As a mother of five, teacher, and long-time parent volunteer, I believe I have the experience and dedication to keep our district moving forward and provide a first class public education.

I have successfully raised five children -- four attended WCCUSD schools.

I have been a vocational education teacher for 26 years.

For years I have been an active parent volunteer. At El Cerrito High School I am PTSA Co-President. Recently I managed the Summer Enrichment at Dartmouth and the Ivy League Connection programs, sending district children to some of the countryˇ¦s top colleges over the summer.

I serve on the WCCUSD Citizensˇ¦ Bond Oversight Committee and co-chaired the successful campaign to raise $400 Million to continue upgrading WCCUSD schools.

As a School Board member, my priorities will be:
