Developed group dynamics training materials, including total quality concepts, and trained corporate staff, entire Ohio paint line facility and California rolling mill and coating mill supervisors in team problem solving, basic SPC and continuous improvement processes.

1984-1990 Corporate Credit Manager, U.S. Metalsource Managed and assured profitability of $100 million receivables portfolio. Developed an inventory distribution model for warehouses that determined optimal product mix and location. Developed a cash forecasting system with 98% reliability rate using statistical analysis and created a financial analysis package for use in evaluating risk in conjunction with investment or acquisition decisions.
