Director; Ambrose Recreation and Park District

This is a fast moving time for Bay Point and Pittsburg. Since My family moved here 8 years ago alot has changed drastically. Many in fill developments which will have a permanent effect on the character of our immediate community have remained unaddressed and un-planned. This empty space amid the newly emerging neighborhood developments will be palnned and shaped over the next few years and be built out within the decade at the latest.

Ambrose District has a unique position and role in our area. Ambrose P&R District is the only government governing board whose jurisdiction includes the entire area comprising this culmination of development, including a BART Transit Village still being planned. Ambrose role in shaping and oportunity to benefit from this development is at hand.

Ambrose serves the Bay Point AND the OakHills area of Pittsburg. Leadership for Ambrose is needed now to upgrade our facilities and to leverage what we have to get Grants for even more while keeping our eye on the horizon of what is shaping up in our community.

A vote for AJ Fardella for Ambrose Parks and Recreation Board will put that leadership in play for our Bay Point / Pittsburg area.
