Rebuilding Trust Among the District's Stakeholders

By Phil Crosby

Candidate for Governing Board Member; New Haven Unified School District

This information is provided by the candidate
Three Step Commitment to Rebuild Trust Among the District's Stakeholders
Phil has pledged to follow a three-part plan to rebuild trust in the District.

1 - The District must include everyone in our community in the District's decision-making process.

2 - We must treat everyone with respect. Everyone has good ideas and no idea should be disregarded just because we have personal disagreements.

3 - We all must offer alternatives instead of rejecting ideas out of hand. Saying "no" without giving alternatives does not benefit anyone and does nothing to move our collective dialogue forward.
