To improve student safety, replace aging school equipment and furnishings, and provide up-todate educational technology, including updating science and computer lab equipment, replacing aging student desks and chairs, upgrading playground equipment to current safety standards, acquiring safe student transportation and maintenance vehicles, shall Oak Park Unified School District issue $17.5 million in bonds at interest rates within the legal limit, with mandatory audits and independent citizens’ oversight of bond expenditures? Para mejorar la seguridad de los alumnos, reemplazar equipo escolar viejo y mobiliarios, y proveer tecnología educativa moderna, incluyendo actualizar el equipo de ciencias y computadoras en el laboratorio, reemplazar los pupitres y sillas viejas para los alumnos, actualizar el equipo en el jardín de recreo a normas de seguridad actuales, adquirir vehículos de mantenimiento y transportación segura para los alumnos, ¿deberá el Distrito Escolar Unificado Oak Park emitir $17.5 millones en bonos a índices de interés dentro del límite legal, con auditorías obligatorias y conciudadanos independientes para la supervisión de los gastos de bonos?
