Ray Roberts has been a registered Democrat for over 40 years and supports those programs that strengthen the middle class in California and the nation. As a State Assemblyman, he will be working closely with the legislative leadership to support programs that will benefit the middle and working class of California.

Ray's priorities include restoring the state's education systems, providing affordable health care, and supporting small business development and growth.

Ray's fiscal philosophy is that gevernment should pay for services and consumable goods out of current revenues, and only borrow for capital projects using the underlying assets for collateral to protect the financial integrity of state and local agencies.
