Ray Roberts is a retired business manager with more than forty years of engineering and leadership in the information technology industry. He is a lifetime resident of southern California, and has lived with his family in their Huntington Beach home since 1978.

Ray's experience includes military service in the United States Air Force in the North American Air Defense Command, and was honorably discharged in 1965. He began his career in the computer industry with IBM in 1965, holding various technical and management positions, including Systems Engineering Manager. After spending 24 years with IBM, Ray decided to take on the challenge of working in smaller start up companies. Over the last 15 years he has been instrumental in helping two information technology companies grow from under 4 to over 35 employees: Diederich and Associates of South Pasadena and Advanced Integrated Solutions of Los Alamitos.

He holds a MBA from The University of California at Irvine, 1989, and a Bachelor of Science from California State University at Dominguez Hills.
