Let's Keep Jobs in the 72nd!

By John P. MacMurray

Candidate for Member of the State Assembly; District 72; Democratic Party

This information is provided by the candidate
Innovation and cooperation among the different interests.
The theme of our campaign is "Let's Keep Jobs in the 72nd!". Our campaign promotes innovation and cooperation among the business, education, environmental, government, and labor communities to ensure a continuing high standard of living for us all.

I am running for this office because as a long-time resident of this Assembly District, it seems to me that basic needs are not being met.

Our education community from Kindergarten through the University levels cannot get the support it needs to carry out its mandate.

Our business community feels unfairly burdened and too frequently vilified.

Our working community feels that their livelihoods are being threatened.

As the candidate who has worked for large and small companies in the private sector, who has worked in the public sector, and who has close ties to the community-based businesses in the area, I feel that I have the experience and expertise to bring all these interests together to make a better life for us all.
