As Secretary of State, I would increase eligible voter participation through:

Providing easy to read and understand election pamphlets and candidate guidelines.

Including a photo and statement from all candidates --providing everything voters need to select the candidates they think will do the best job by carefully reading just the election material provided.

Freeing voters from dependence on media coverage (favoring incumbents and major party candidates) and expensive advertising (beyond the reach of the average person concerned about their country).

Stimulating the possibility of real change because all candidates have equal visibility before the voters.

I support perfecting electronic voting [including a paper trail for counts and recounts] a 'None of The Above' option in all elections, election day voter registration and permanent absentee voting status.
