Iraqi Security, Economic Development and Strategic Redeployment Initiative

This is a three point initiative to normalize the political, economic and security situation in Iraq and the Middle East/Gulf Region of the world
This legislative initiative recognizes that the United States cannot continue to bear the majority of military, internal security and economic development for the country of Iraq without this 3 point approach. First the US must engage traditional allies and the Arab Community in securing the country + and then engage in rebuilding the economy of Iraq in the same manner as the "Marshall Plan" in post-war Europe. The US must simultaneously strategically redeploy its troops in a neighboring Arab country(s).
