Something is seriously wrong with our government in Sacramento---there is a clear inability on the part of the Governor and the Legislature to get things done.

Are you satisfied with the endless partisan bickering, and the resulting inability of our leaders to address our critical needs--universal healthcare, improved infrastructure, meaningful traffic relief, and an education system we can all be proud of? I am not.

The time has come for new leadership for California, leadership with proven experience, bold ideas, the ability to think out of the box and the energy and determination to solve the critical problems that face our state. We can no longer wait.

That's why I am asking for your support to be your next Assemblymember. With over 26 years experience in both the public and private sector--as a mayor, environmental advocate, criminal prosecutor and dedicated community volunteer--I believe I am the only candidate with the energy, passion, skills and track record to represent the citizens of the 41st Assembly District. Most importantly, I will be relentless in trying to find solutions to very difficult problems that you care about.
