California State Government | June 6, 2006 Election |
JOBS PROTECTIONBy Vibert F. (--) Greene, --Candidate for Governor; Democratic Party | |
This information is provided by the candidate |
a) I will streamline business regulations, b) I will tax outsourced-offshore products and services and c) I will link business tax cuts to increase employment.I will promote job growth by taxing products and services that are outsourced overseas--we have to keep jobs in the state--however, I will provide tax incentives to businesses that add workers to their payroll; the more they hire, the lower the state tax. I will make California a business friendly state by:- streamlining regulations. Unnecessary paperwork--gone; application processes--simplified and waiting periods--reduced. I know, I work in an environment that produces a tremendous amount of paper; with long drawn out application processes and even longer waiting periods for decisions. |
