My Pledge to the Voters
- I have over 20 years of experience in business.
- I am a family man with family values.
- I am not a professional politician. However,I will represent you professionally in Washington.
- I will listen to the will of the people who send me to Washington.
- While serving in Congress I will work harder, talk less, and listen more. What gets accomplished is more important than partisanship and bickering.
- I believe Congress should apply the principles of the Constitution: justice for all, insure the National peace, provide for the National defense, promote the general welfare, and assure the blessings of liberty. These are my first priorities.
- I will never utter the word "impeachment" unless there has been a high crime.
- I am a Certified Public Accountant. As a congressman I will consider your tax dollars sacred. I will analyze the budget and suggest responsible modifications to reduce the deficit and the $9 trillion National debt.
- I will work to accomplish tax simplification and adjustment of the Alternative Minimum Tax.
- I am a commercial pilot and support the aerospace and defense industries.
- I am the grandson of farmers and I support our agricultural industries.
- I am a real estate broker and I am committed to making the 22nd District the best place for families to buy a home and raise their children.
- I will communicate to the voters what I am doing in Washington on a regular basis.
- I am an American living the American Dream. I desire for all to share in that dream with me.
- Last, I am a patriot; dyed in the wool, true blue, through and through!
