The Truth is that the Bush Regime is a Criminal Regime that threatens Americans and the world. Our greatest responsibility, as a people, are to hold our elected officials accountable for their actions. Congress has failed to uphold its Constitutional obligations and has allowed the Executive branch to seize and abuse excessive powers. Those in Congress, who are not working for Impeachment of the Bush Administration and Repeal of The PATRIOT Act, should be replaced with those who will stand up for truth, for the Constitution, for the people of the United States, for humanity.

Peace is possible, if we Stop the Bogus "War on Terrorism," including the war on Iraq, the war on dissent and civil rights. Historically, the United States has fabricated incidents, and lied about events, to trick the American people into supporting wars. The United States is the largest producer of weapons on the planet, and as long as it continues to supply weapons to dictators, fund covert operations, destabilize other nations, encourage and support the exploitation of resources and labor of other countries by multinational corporations, there will be wars. The war economy enriches a few and impoverishes and threatens all life. A global empire is incompatible with the ideals of liberty and justice for all.

Weapons to protect the extremely wealthy from the rest of humanity provides "false security for the few,"and threatens the vast majority. The war economy needs to be dismantled and resources redirected towards serving real human needs and healing, not destroying relationships between people, and between people and planet. Corporate power must be reined in. People's rights and ability to protect their health, lives, voices, homes, food, water, land, environment, livelihoods, and to govern themselves need to be strengthened. All people deserve equal protection under the law; the wealthy and powerful must not be immune to or above the laws of the land.

Ecological Wisdom requires recognition that humanity will not survive, if it continues to control, dominate, harvest, and trash resources, regardless of the future. We must change our processes to live in cooperation with other people and planet, to evolve and thrive. The great strides in evolution have come from cooperation, not competition. The short-sighted paradigm that allows a corporation or government to exploit or destroy precious resources for immediate profits has threatened the entire biosphere, including the capacity of the oceans to sustain life. Through respect, understanding, cooperation, humanity has a chance to heal and restore our relationships with one another and with the planet. We need to begin by respecting, thinking, and acting for the long-term well being of all.
