The breaking of the rules has changed the face of the nation and the way our Government is run. We no longer do for America alone, we are integrated with other parts of the world that make us venerable to other Governments. We must run our house as most house's are run with unity for the family. In short for ourselves first, if we are to survive we must first take care of our own. That way we can help others learn to help themselves.My position is simple. Stay within the guidelines of what is fair, and keep the word of God always present in our thoughts. Let it always be a part of what we believe in, the flag, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights. When people acting in the name of Government violate ethics, they break trust with "WE THE PEOPLE" to pull back power (honor and allegiance). The loss of power creates fear for those loosing the power. Fearing the loss of power, people acting in the name of Government often seek to regain or at least hold their power. Hence, to legitimatize their quest for control, laws and force are often instituted. Unchecked power is the foundation of tyranny. This logic should be posted in every Government office in the United States so that our elected officials will remember who has the final word. |
