Building Bridges!

By Matt Tuchow

Candidate for Democratic Party County Central Committee; County of San Francisco; Assembly District 12

This information is provided by the candidate
We need to build bridges between our diverse communities in San Francisco!
We are blessed in San Francisco with strong, diverse communities. Unfortunately we tend to live in silos. The Central Community can and should play a key role in building bridges between our diverse communities. We must be inclusive and we must build bonds for common cause. Unfortunately the Central Committee tends to revel in its own divisive political squabbles. There is an intolerance for diverse points of view which weakens the body as a whole. As Democrats, we will always have our differences. We must build a Committee that not only includes diverse communities but is tolerant and respectful of differing points of view, even if we disagree with them. By doing so, we will strengthen our party!
