I currently serve as State Chair of the California Volunteer Network; Vice Chair, South, California Republican Party; Second Vice Chair, Republican Party of San Diego County(Woman of the Year 2004); and Chair, Community Involvement Committee, Fairbanks Republican Women Federated (Political Action Award 2004).

I am past San Diego County Chair, Special Election Campaign Team and past Co-chair of Women Voters Pilot Project. I was the founder of the Black Republican Roundtable and am Honorary Chair of the San Diego Chapter, California Black Republican Council.

My efforts in the outreach programs to ethnic communities have resulted in many thousands of votes for Republican candidates at the local, state, and federal levels.

I have chaired the grassroots organizations of several political campaigns and events. I have served on several non-profit boards such as the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society and the Boys and Girls Clubs of Greater San Diego. I have chaired and/or served on numerous civic/community committees.

I am retired from a 40-year career in telecommunications.
