David Rubin is a nationally-recognized prosecutor who has won some of the most difficult cases undertaken by the San Diego District Attorney's Office. David successfully prosecuted Brandon Wilson, who murdered nine-year old Matthew Cecci in a public bathroom in Oceanside. In 2005 David prosecuted Adrian Camacho for the murder of Oceanside police officer Tony Zeppetela.

David's conviction rate for homicides stands at 100%. He has worked in nearly all facets of prosecution, including child abuse, sexual assault and homicide.

David is nationally-known as an expert in the use of computer graphics in the courtroom. He was an adjunct faculty member at the University of San Diego School of Law, and an instructor in the Regional Law Enforcement Academy.

David was named the San Diego County Bar Association's Outstanding Public Attorney, and is a member of San Diegans Against Crime and the San Diego Psyche-Law Society. In his free time he enjoys bringing theater and the arts to local schools, and serves on the Board of Directors of Young Audiences.
